I like the dealership. The service writers qualify seems to have diminished somewhat in my opinion, both interactions and quality. I had to bring vehicle back in for a second visit as everything was not fixed on first visit. We had purchased a very good extended warranty. I did not know until the car was fixed on the second visit if I would be required to pay another deductible or co-pay. Thank goodness I didn’t. More
