Everyone at the service center was very nice and professional and the job was done very quickly but I was disappointed that my extended warranty barely covered my purchase. We scheduled our first maintenance check up for our 2021 CX-5 that we purchased back in April. We wanted to get this done ahead of our Thanksgiving trip to Ohio. We arrived about 15 minutes early, gave the CX-5 that we purchased back in April. We wanted to get this done ahead of our Thanksgiving trip to Ohio. We arrived about 15 minutes early, gave the service associate the key and went to the waiting area. We figured we'd have about an hour to an hour and a half wait. I barely got my second cup of coffee finished when the service associate brought our key, and took us to the cashier to sign out. We were surprised to find out the first maintenance check was complimentary. 👍 Doesn't get any better than quick AND free. More
