Almost impossible to make the appointment. Three days for a response Service advisor said that it must be something I’m doing wrong. This was the 3rd time the front passenger power seat switch had been replaced. He said that loaners are for customers with the CX-90. So I waited three hours. I hope I never have to bother the service department again. Other than that, I honestly can’t brag enough about the sales department or the parts department. Great team up front. I hope the service department gets a redo soon. More

I recently brought my daughter’s car in for service and received a note stating it needed new tires. I called twice and left a voicemail for my service advisor to discuss the options—especially given the c received a note stating it needed new tires. I called twice and left a voicemail for my service advisor to discuss the options—especially given the car has only 26,000 miles—but never received a return call. Instead, I received a text message stating the price was non-negotiable as it was set by Mazda, with no further follow-up. At that point, I chose to purchase tires from a provider who took the time to speak with me and valued my business. Lack of communication cost your store a sale. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for your future ustomers More

Great sales experience overall. The positive ends there. I bought the most expensive vehicle Mazda produces. I was sold on the PHEV tech and really loved my CX-70. I had three recal The positive ends there. I bought the most expensive vehicle Mazda produces. I was sold on the PHEV tech and really loved my CX-70. I had three recalls in six months. I couldn't get Med Center Mazda's service center to answer the phone or return phone calls (MULTIPLE calls and MULTIPLE messages). I had to go to Huntsville to have the first two recalls taken care of. I had my first oil change due and called repeatedly to make an appointment and ask if the third recall could be handled at the same time. Same routine. No answer, no returned calls. And when I asked other people outside of service if there was a reason no one would answer, I also got no help. I brought the car in last Saturday, and that sealed the deal. No personalities whatsoever. Don't bother calling Mazda corporate. They are as useless as the dealership. I was all for Mazda jumping into the near luxury segment, but they need a dealer network that can match the quality of the car. That didn't exist at either dealership closest to me (over an hour to Med Center and almost two hours to Huntsville). I just got home with my new E-Class Mercedes. It was worth taking a few thousand dollar loss to deal with people who appreciate their customers. Never again, Mazda. And two visits to Med Center Mazda was two too many. I wouldn't wish this dealership on my worst enemy. More
