Great customer service! After having issues with my local Mazda dealer having incompetent service technicians, I drove an hour to Med Center (where I purchased the car). Not only did they find and fix the issue (where the other dealership couldn't), they made sure I wasn't at an inconvenience by loaning me a car to take home for the night. It was a smooth service appointment, and I will gladly drive the hour to have them work on my car going forward. In addition, my salesman, Joey Chance, was very helpful in communicating and assuring me things will get fixed. That is a fantastic salesman when one is willing to help in a different area, just to assure the satisfaction of the customer. Thanks to all of you! More

I scheduled a time to bring m Brought my new (to me) 2018 Mazda CX-5 to have an additional key fob programmed and a Apple Car Play Retrofit installed. I scheduled a time to bring my car in and they were ready and waiting. I was treated very well and they didn't try to up-sell any unnecessary services (like I have experienced at other dealerships). My car was completed and ready to be picked up a couple of hours ahead of schedule and everything works great! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely bring my car back to Med Center if I need work done again. I wish all dealership service departments operated this way! More

Always there for me. I just had to use their collision center after being sideswiped on the freeway. The Manager, Jason, advised me on how to proceed with the other driver I just had to use their collision center after being sideswiped on the freeway. The Manager, Jason, advised me on how to proceed with the other drivers insurance company and when that worked out was quick and professional in getting the repairs done. They even did a recall for me while they had my vehicle. Great body and paint work! Looks like new again! More
