Go Somewhere else. Our JEEP Patriot was towed to Medina Auto Mall per the request of Nationwide's Insurance adjuster on October 31,2016 for its inability to hold oil. Our JEEP Patriot was towed to Medina Auto Mall per the request of Nationwide's Insurance adjuster on October 31,2016 for its inability to hold oil. I received no phone call from the insurance adjuster nor Medina Auto Malls Service as to why our JEEP was losing its oil, so I called Medina Auto Mall's Service and was told by Chad in service that no one had spoken with an adjuster pertaining to the JEEP. I called Chad in Medina Auto Malls Service to learn that Damian had met with Chad and he had him to start the JEEP up and after the JEEP sounded very loud Damian quickly motioned for him to turn it off. I was very shocked to learn that our vehicle's engine sounded loud, for it did not sound loud before and because it would not hold oil it was towed to prevent any engine damage from occurring. After receiving offers from Medina Auto to buy our vehicle from us and put us into a newer vehicle that the payments would be less money monthly than what we paid for the JEEP. We received no phone call to let us know why our vehicle was leaking oil and why it now sounded very loud. So after hearing from the adjuster by email that he was not going to approve our claim because there was no damage to the oil pan per the adjuster. I then called and talked to Chad in service and asked him where was the oil coming from, he said that no one told him that it was not able to hold engine oil. So I asked him to pour some oil in it and call me and let me know where the oil was coming from. I received no call from Chad we only received an automated phone call asking us how our auto repair completed was working, and if we would refer anyone that we knew to their Service area. I immediately hung up and called and spoke with Chad in Service and he then told me that our vehicle had been repossessed a couple of weeks ago. I then immediately called Capital One, the financing bank for the JEEP, who told me that Medina Auto Mall had sent them a letter that if they did not come and get their vehicle they would apply for a lien with the courts and then after they, Medina Auto, got the lien, then they would sell it. So Capital One picked up and sold our vehicle that sustained engine damage at Medina Auto Mall for they supposedly had not been told that the JEEPS engine was not holding oil. More
Professional Sales Person Called & told them what I wanted. Found it the same day with no pressure sales. The salesman was great in helping me with all my needs. Most places only try to sale you what they have in stock. Sam had no problem finding the vehicle & handling this whole transaction by phone being that I was an hour away & couldn't come in for a week. I will tell all my friends to shop here & to ask for Sam Schad. More

Good buying experience I brought in my Wrangler for service and decided to have a look at the vehicles that were available that could meet the needs of my growing family. I I brought in my Wrangler for service and decided to have a look at the vehicles that were available that could meet the needs of my growing family. I met with Sam Schad who listened to what needs I had and helped me locate the right new car. Sam understood that I was uncomfortable in the first car he put me in and showed me a new 2015 Cherokee that was reasonably priced and better fit my needs. The trade in on my Wrangler was fair (is it ever good enough? I don't think so), and the price of the Cherokee was acceptable. The only issue I had was that only one key was available for the Cherokee and I have not been able to get the second key yet due to scheduling conflicts. Overall, Sam was an excellent salesman and was a great help through the process. 10/10 would shop here again More

At 5 pm I showed the service manager the problem and he said that he would be happy to look at it again!!!! They had it for 8 hours!!!!! And by the way if I hadn't called at 4 pm they would have never called to tell my there was nothing they could do. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere More
