We got there at 5:00 pm and he had three cars with the different interior and exterior colors for us to choose from that we had requested. After a few short questions I had an appointment the next day to meet with Justin. Very large dealership with a great selection. I am very satisfied with my purchase and Justin was a true pleasure to work with. My only comment would be to take me as a serious customer from the start. After meeting with Justin I had to go through several layers of "managers" before the decision making person came in. My time is valuable too. It would have made for a better experience if they had told me up front that it takes multiple managers to sell a vehicle. Seems like they want to ensure you are a serious buyer before they bring in the top guy. More

He explained the mileage on the Fusion was at a good resale point, and asked if I was interested in looking at something new. After taking a spin in the Eco Sport we talked.
