Everyone involved in the process was professional and courteous - in addition to taking care of a warranty issue from months back that I had forgotten to take care of! I had been getting my services (Oil changes, rotations etc...) done elsewhere because I believed I was saving money. Mel Hambelton beat the oil change and rotation price I was paying elsewhere, as well as delivering back to me my truck washed and vacuumed! Outstanding MH Ford!!!!!!! More
