The vehicle in fact does and continues to have an issue with consuming large amounts of coolant. Previous owner had disclosed this problem when he traded the vehicle into MHFord. We found out later after that they had not in fact completed a thorough investigation into the issue and cleaned up the vehicle and sold it. Deceptive practice unfortunately. I sent in an email to document the issue without response. I also asked to be removed from further marketing which also has not ceased. More

Super-fast Service Verbally committed to buy a 2017 Ford Explorer day before yesterday. Stan had the needed parts sent in overnight, the work was done yesterday AND, as a bonus, it was delivered to my door, at no cost to me even though I live 100 miles from the dealer, via truck/trailer LAST NIGHT. Stan even followed up this morning with a text asking if I had any problems with the night-time delivery and paperwork. Now THAT is service! More
