Yes they agreed that things could/should have been handled differently. This being said they did go the extra mile to try and find another vehicle for me. And guess what??? They succeeded! All within a weeks time! We have bought cars from them before so this "bad" experience was an exception to our previous experiences. Will I purchase from Mel Hambelton again? Yes!
