Yes they agreed that things could/should have been handled differently. This being said they did go the extra mile to try and find another vehicle for me. And guess what??? They succeeded! All within a weeks time! We have bought cars from them before so this "bad" experience was an exception to our previous experiences. Will I purchase from Mel Hambelton again? Yes! Dirty dealer DIRTY DEALER. Found a car, made trade in deal for said car. Worked all day on a deal for this car. Ran my credit agreed upon terms was literally ON MY DIRTY DEALER. Ran my credit agreed upon terms was literally ON MY WAY to sign paperwork and do the trade and they sold the car to someone else within MINUTES! ALL WITH NO APOLOGIES! Even asked if they could provide me with other options! Was completely IGNORED! That was a dirty dirty deal Mel Hambelton Ford! Very disappointed! WAS a repeat customer....NEVER AGAIN! ? More
