This was easiest and least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. I was in desperate need of a vehicle after my car's motor had failed. After calling around Mel Hambelton was the only dealer who actually took action after I explained my situation and that I needed a car ASAP. They definitely took the weight off my shoulders! I live 2.5 hours away and they picked up my old car for FREE and got me into a brand new Focus...and I can actually afford it thanks to their awesome finance team, especially Todd and Logan. David was very helpful and did not pressure me at all. I told him exactly what I wanted in what price range and he was able to get if for me. Didn't have to haggle on a price and the payments are fair for the situation I was in. Austin did a wonderful job explaining Ford Sync and all the new tech in the car. So far, I have no complaints on the new Focus. It is great!!! And even better MPG! The warranty is great (72 months!) and with Mel Hambelton, I get free tires for life. I have not seen that or been offered that anywhere else and will definitely be making the trips back for servicing. I'd recommend this dealer for anyone looking to buy a new car. Good service! Went to the dealer and I knew which car I wanted and how much I wanted to pay per month. Stan Bogdan was great. He worked hard to give me what I needed for my trade in. I chose to use my own funds and financing to make the purchase and they worked hard with my bank to make it work out. Several very cool shirts and giveaways during a very nice customer service exit interview to explain how my Bluetooth / GPS and other features worked (even though the car wasn’t quite brand new or an actual Ford).
