We were out of state buyers, which, based on my treatment with other dealerships, many sales people don’t take seriously. Sarah however was overly attentive from the very first conversation. We went on to trade texts for a couple days before we made the commitment to buy, the whole time getting top notch service. That didn’t change when we got to the Oklahoma.
