Brought my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 in for regularly scheduled oil change, tire rotation. Was initially told I needed several services that I knew I had already had serviced. Asked Jesse if he had run my record oil change, tire rotation. Was initially told I needed several services that I knew I had already had serviced. Asked Jesse if he had run my records on the computer. He said no. I asked him to do so. He did and took the "needs service items" off the list. Fortunately I knew what services I had had before so I saved myself several unnecessary charges. Not sure why the whole service department was changed out but not totally impressed with the ones I dealt with. I will say that they were friendly. It appears I probably need to have a seal replaced in the transmission but I will be checking other places to be sure it is needed. I will also have the front struts and back shocks checked elsewhere to see if they are actually needing replacement. We purchased this vehicle from Melton new in 2010 and Melton is the only pace it has been serviced. Until this time I've never doubted what I was told. Until I have more dealings with this new staffed service department, I will not recommend it to anyone else. More
