I’ll be honest, my first experience had a few bumps due to a former sales consultant, but from day one, John took full ownership of any issues I had and kept in constant communication with me advising me when would be the right time to finance my car. He went above and beyond to make things right — even saving me money on a brand-new 2025 Mercedes! I originally planned to finance my previous Mercedes, knowing my payments would increase, but instead of letting me overpay, John crafted an even better deal.
