Surprised that the only MBUSA dealer can't address my COMAND head unit issues, even with a TSB I provided and they agreed there's an update. They couldn't diagnose my cold start clanking either. Nobody greets you to pick up your car from service, you gotta beg them to take care of you, otherwise you're left standing there like an idiot. More

I never really went to dealerships but after meeting patrick at a car meet I finally brought my car in and have been going back since. He’s not like most service advisors and goes above in beyond. Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t repair half the things I requested yet charged me three times quoted from others. They didn’t top off my liquids and let me drive off with a flat tire.
