We were fortunate enough to work with John Hart who is exceptional. He always made the experience extremely personal and always made sure we were happy. He really spent the time to get to know us and what our expectations were. We wanted a White Exterior, with a Red Interior with Carbon Fiber, and John was able to get us exactly the car we were looking for. This was our first car together, and the Mercedes Benz team really made it a special memory for my husband and I. They took the time to unveil the car to my husband and I. This has been the best dealership I have worked with in terms of purchasing a new car. John always made himself available to answer every question we had. The dealership itself is one of a kind, and it's worth going there. They even spent a good hour teaching me all the new technology in the car instead of pushing my questions to the drivers manual; it was really impressive and personal. I highly recommend purchasing the car there, and working with John Hart. I'm looking forward to the next car purchase in a few years :-) More

New car broke down on 1st drive, terrible service. STAY AWAY Strongly advise NOT to shop at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan. Brand new GL450 broke down very first time driving it. They sold me a real lemon. Then I was lied to over and over again about the status of its repair. The original 8 day time frame they provided came and went. Then I was told it was fixed, but couldn't pick up yet since they needed a Mercedes employee to test drive the car by taking it home with them at night (huh?!). Then I was told it would be ready for pick-up the next day. Over the following day I was told by several different people the car was actually not fixed, and they couldn't provide me a new status update yet, but I should keep trying back. After that, each time I called it was like everyone had the same script: the person that has an update (different person every call) is with another customer so will have to call me back. Over and over again - no call backs & no updates. So then I went back to my salesman (Mike Serpone) for help. After three days of sending him emails without any reply, I finally escalated to his sales manager... who informed me the salesman has left to go work for another dealership. So the salesman that just sold us a new car that broke down on its first drive no longer works for the dealership?! At that point, I requested a refund, only to be told that because of the couple of weeks that elapsed (while the car was in their garage supposedly being fixed), a refund is no longer possible! Current status: no car, no refund, and no idea what happens next? STAY AWAY FROM MERCEDES-BENZ of MANHATTAN! More

Mercedes-Benz Manhattan - First Class Experience! I live in Chicago and was in the market for a 2012 CLS550 CPO with low miles. This was my first time purchasing a car that was located in another sta I live in Chicago and was in the market for a 2012 CLS550 CPO with low miles. This was my first time purchasing a car that was located in another state (New York). I spoke with multiple dealers throughout the country but when I spoke with Andrey Pinkhasov at MB Manhattan, he treated me the best, from the very first phone call. He took me seriously, was friendly & very knowledgeable about a CLS that would be shortly arriving to their inventory, . We spent days on the phone and email (he's very responsive) working through paperwork, trading my BMW 7 series and shipping of my new car back to my home. I flew to NY on a Saturday to sign the paperwork etc. The dealership is like a car mall, floors and floors of BEAUTIFUL cars...I was wowed! I met with Andrew Buzetta to sign my paperwork, very nice guy, friendly, felt like 'old buddies' It was fun watching he and Andrey trade joyful jabs. I left the dealership as an owner of my first Mercedes Benz (was shipped out 2 days later) and the MB folder with my paperwork that read "Welcome to the Family" Andrey & Andrew made that statement true. The car arrived a few days later and all was well. It drives like a rocket, it's in great condition and is a real head turner! My MB-Manhattan experience was first class! I've purchased vehicles in "my own backyard" and haven't received treatment like this. I highly recommend! More

John Hart was my salesman and once again went above and beyond in his service! I am not a new Mercedes owner but had been considering an upgrade to the GL from the ML. John was patient in answering my every question and was most concerned with what would be best for my family. The leasing process itself was handled very professionally. I was given the opportunity to take numerous test drives before deciding on the car. I don't live or work in Manhattan but I will continue to lease from this dealership because of John Hart. He made the process to lease seamless and even drove my car to me at the time of of purchase and returned my old lease. Extremely helpful when you have little ones! Very please with John and glad to be a continued Mercedes owner. More
