It was very clear he had extreme passion for the MB brand, which meant he was having fun and being genuine with his enthusiasm. Since purchasing my 550 E Class, he has further impressed me by taking my calls and resolving the issues I had at hand...which were hitting a deer on a country road and falling into a massive pothole on the highway, blowing out 2 tires. In both instances, I called John right away and he arranged everything that needed to be done to alleviate the situation. All I did was remain on hold while he handled all from a-z. Then he calls again to make sure everything is going smoothly...and another call to follow up the next day. It's impeccable customer service all the way. Even my husband, who loves his 645 Ci BMW has decided there is no competition and is looking forward to selecting his own Mercedes-Benz with John Hart soon! More
