I was desperately in need of a new sprinter. One of my vans was in an accident, so I put calls in to all the dealers in the area. Im a contractor and had limited time to shop but still wanted to find a go vans was in an accident, so I put calls in to all the dealers in the area. Im a contractor and had limited time to shop but still wanted to find a good deal. My first words to Doug were " Im looking for a deal" and he replied "not a problem, Ill call you right back". All the other guys replied with the same old BS. About 20 min later Doug called me back and I had my deal, his competitors made it easy for him, right down to financing. I headed to the dealership with guns loaded, as I was still prepared for battle. I'm still in shock as to how I was treated and with limited time. I was in my van in two days, fully loaded with a lower interest rate than he told me over the phone. If the whole process took 40 min, including the phone call, I'd be lying. Im very satisfied and would recommend Doug 100%, if you are looking to save time and money. Thanks Doug, Ill see you Feb. More
