My car severely acted up while driving, when I arrived at the dealer service shop I was greeted in a friendly manner. The service advisor logged my issues and was very responsive. I purchased a brand new 300GLC and it has been back in the shop 4 times in as many months since. Every 2 weeks or so the check engine light would come on. It would take about 2 weeks to get an appointme the shop 4 times in as many months since. Every 2 weeks or so the check engine light would come on. It would take about 2 weeks to get an appointment and service would just clear the light without determining what caused it. Very inconvenient to have to drop a car off once a month knowing I'll be back with it for the same. Check-in is quick, service advisors are great, but the maintenance techs have done a great job of ensuring I won't purchase another Mercedes again. More

Got notice from MB USA of Sprinter emissions recall. Got notice from MB USA of Sprinter emissions recall. Called MB of Tacoma, 3 months wait until July appointment. At time appointment was made, MB of Got notice from MB USA of Sprinter emissions recall. Called MB of Tacoma, 3 months wait until July appointment. At time appointment was made, MB of T stated that "MB USA requires them to keep vehicle 2 days". This seemed odd since I talked to another Sprinter owner who his Van back in 3 hours at the Eugene dealer. Oh well a little inconvenient is all. Two days before I dropped off Van for repairs, I was told they would need to keep it 5-7 days. Now this is a problem, I needed to arrange to borrow another van for a few days, which I was able to do. ( I did not inquire about a loaner) After 10 days of MB of T holding my Sprinter I called. Victoria informed me they were just putting it on the rack now. Victoria was a pleasure to work with, MB of T I expected a better experience with. I had no issue with the van post service I assume work was performed correctly. So all in all I'm happy with the work and point of contact, disappointed in MB of T communication and timeliness. More
