The earliest appointment I could get was 2.5 weeks out. The day before they called to say they had to reschedule. I said that was unacceptable and was able to keep my appointment. I was then told I might need a new engine, but they needed to perform inspections and change the spark plugs to know, for $700. This was 8 months after the warranty expired. It had been in 12 months prior, still under warranty, for the same issue and no work was performed. I will not be going back under any circumstance. More

Dropping off was seamless. Had an appointment come up and there was no issue with leaving the car until later in the day. Pick up was quick and easy. This was by far one of the worst experiences with this dealership I've had, what started out as a scheduled servce b - turned into a vehicle that wouldn't start to a warranty issue that drug on for over a dealership I've had, what started out as a scheduled servce b - turned into a vehicle that wouldn't start to a warranty issue that drug on for over a month, of which I had to contstantly call back and follow up with the service advisors to get progress - and of which I had to demand a loaner after weeks of paying for a rental. Only to get the van back to still have a check engine light on and then find out my tires - under the 36k warranty are wearing incorrectly and need to be replaced and they never said anything to me even though there is supposed to be a thorough "inspection" each time they do service. I'm so disappointed, I'm likely going to get rid of my my Mercedes vehicles (more than one) and not be a returning customer... I would certainly NOT return here for service at this point. The dealership never made ANY attempt to make things right. More

I cant believe i paid so much for a service contract only to find out that you will not rotate my tires. Replacement of cracked windshield requiring more than 1 day of work. No loaner offered nor provided. Unable to obtain updates on progress despite 2 days of calls. No less than 5 calls over the entire morning and afternoon, each time getting completely "blown off" by the phone people. When I finally got through in the afternoon..."Oh Yeah! It's done." VERY UNIMPRESSED. Very unlikely that there will ever be another Mercedes purchase from this family. AND...They NEVER even Bothered to try to send this out to our Insurance.
