Best visit I have had to this dealership in 15 years. I was pleasantly greeted while dropping my car off for service. Despite a line I felt I was checked in quickly and professionally. There was a short was pleasantly greeted while dropping my car off for service. Despite a line I felt I was checked in quickly and professionally. There was a shortage of rental cars that day and 3 customers were waiting for cars. I inquired about a ride home rather than wait for a loaner/rental car, and after a few minutes was informed I could have a ride home. What could have derailed my day didn't and Larson Mercedes offered up a level of customer service that not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. More
