On the website it indicate $50 for service A. for all of other service it shows $100 "OFF" I redeemed the Service A coupon there was another email that indicate : "Includes: Motor oil replacement, Oil filter replacement, Fluid level checks, Tire inflation check, Brake component inspection, Reset maintenance counter, Complimentary car wash." $50 Apparently its $50 is an "Miss print" and I had to confirm 3 times with different service technician which they indicate it was a miss print. even after verifying over the phone when I schedule a service 2 weeks before the service. Sprinter service was awful. Service advisor had no clue about vehicle and was not able to answer basic questions about service. Communication was poor, I was given the wrong number for service advisor cont about vehicle and was not able to answer basic questions about service. Communication was poor, I was given the wrong number for service advisor contact twice. My sprinter was in the shop for there weeks (initial estimate was 1 week) for basic service and recall. A visit to the parts department was interesting to say the least. Staff was pleasant, however they were unable to locate basic paint code, which after one short call to another dealership was rectified immediately. I reluctantly decided to give them another chance and after one phone call decided to go elsewhere when I was told there was a four month wait for a basic recall (30 minute visit). I was able to get into another dealership within 1 week. Save yourself the aggravation and drive elsewhere. More

This was the first car dealership that made me feel that you didn’t want my business. I have an older car that I have restored, but I was initially told that you don’t work on cars that old (1998) after ha you didn’t want my business. Monica stopped other customers in the middle of taking care of me and gave me a quote for replacing my windshield washer hose that was nearly $200 less than the actual labor cost. It seems to me that the job should not have taken 2 hours and resulted in $500 in labor! I was also unpleasantly surprised to be charged $30 to dispose of the old hose and not given the option of disposing g of it myself. So, message received loud and clear. I will not be coming back and will advise everyone I know to avoid your business. More
