The Service team was not helpful at all. I request a recall check that was never completed and I paid for a detailed to be done in my car and I had trash left under my seats. Different experience this time. Not a smooth drop off by any means. Asked to be called prior to any work so we could explain that minutes before we left for the appointment, I backed into a wall and crunch any means. Asked to be called prior to any work so we could explain that minutes before we left for the appointment, I backed into a wall and crunched some of the back bumper. Did not get a call, Did not get a call when the service was completed. When we picked up the car, it was confusing as to where it would be. When I found the car, the keys were handed to me - no checking to see who I was - and was told that "due to the bumper we could not wash the car". The interior was also untouched. Not sure what that was not tended to. We drive 2 hours to get our car serviced at Larson because of the excellent service we have had. I hope this was an off day, More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jed Blanco. and Emil- finance officer. Both were great! I was impressed with Jed coming to my rescue on his day off to change the battery of my key when I was stocked in t finance officer. Both were great! I was impressed with Jed coming to my rescue on his day off to change the battery of my key when I was stocked in the parking lot in Federal Way. That is an excellent customer service! My suggestions during this ordeal: 1) I called Mercedes Benz main office 3 times, connected to the Operator but was forwarded to a voice mail telling me she is unavailable! Pls provide the Operator with a wireless phone so she could answer wherever she is. My call was important! 2) My 4th call was to the sales office, After telling the guy who answered the phone about my problem, his response was”I did not sell you the car.” put me on hold. Someone picked up the phone and told me that Jed, my sales guy will call me back. Sooo frustrating! The sales guy needs an orientation that no matter what the situation- he needs to be polite and helpful - he represents Mercedes Benz as a whole. More
