I am completely happy with the services provided by Mercedes except for the complimentary wash for life service. I was told one time that I couldn't get my car washed due to an equipment malfunction. What did make me choose this rating is the really unprofessional vacuuming job that has been done on my car every single time! I mean really, if I can see the pine needles still sticking out from underneath the floor mats and the floor mats are not even completely vacuumed, then someone is not doing their job correctly. Next time I take my car in for service, I will be removing my floor mats. Maybe, I can get a semi-decent vacuum job then. More

This is the eighth car I've purchased in my life, and had serviced at a dealership. None of those service departments were any comparison to this service department. Truly world class. As far as I'm concerned Brian and the mechanics are the gold standard in the industry.
