ANGIESM1025 we appreciate your review but also must be completely transparent to those reading this. We have a 5-day exchange policy at our Dealership that states the vehicle must be driven under 300 miles and the vehicle must be in our inventory that you choose to buy. You came back with a vehicle that had far more than 300 miles on it and it had been TWO WEEKS later! Your vehicle was already licensed and this deal was a previous month transaction. We gave MULTIPLE options to help overcome your situation and you were glad to get out of your vehicle and into a new one that was on our lot. Now, you want to get out of the vehicle you exchanged for and get a custom order and for us to pay your car payments until your New Vehicle arrives. With my most sincere apologies, we cannot do that. We strive to give the best customer service and I know we cannot hit home runs with everyone when it comes to an exceptional experience. It seems that every option we've offered you, you have turned it down and left us with nothing. We care about you and we care about your experience but you must be honest to the community that reads these reviews. Chris spent hours and hours trying to accommodate your needs and you laughed at him telling him you forgot. Please lets figure out a resolution for you so you can be happy. This one-star review is completely undeserved.
