I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz and this is not my first car from Larson’s. I purchased a new Audi Q7 with the dealer in 2013 and had an excellent experience with the dealer. This time the salesperson that took care of me didn’t care much about me as a customer and didn’t give the attention or the customer service I was expecting from a Larson’s dealership. The sale was very easy. I took the car for a test drive and purchased it the same day. The car was missing the tire repair kit. I texted the salesman about it and he promised to give me one after his day off. I showed up to the dealer that day at 9am looking for him. He wasn’t there. I called him, texted and no reply or call back. When I asked for him I was told he was in a meeting, but he wasn’t. I waited for him until 11am and was told by another salesman that he didn’t come to work. I am very dissatisfied with the Mercedes Benz Larson’s customer service and lack of follow up with a customer. More
