My service advisor Jessica Reyes is an amazing human being. I had a couple of issues with my new Mercedes and Jessica worked hard to ensure the techs got everything figured out in a timely manner. She provided regular updates on the status of my repair and seemed genuinely interested in her customers. I can’t say enough good things about Jessica. Next honorable mention is Jim Moser. Jim is a sales rep in the parts department. He’s quick and efficient, but also personable and kind. He too takes a genuine interest in the customers’ needs. Now, the not so good stuff. Darryl Hares (assistant service manager) seems quick to dismiss customers’ concerns and can be downright harsh. I observed this on both the morning and afternoon of 3/8/21 during drop off and pick up of my vehicle. I personally observed his demeanor change in a matter of seconds from content to salty when talking to customers. I had a short interaction with Jim while discussing software updates for my car. Later, I attempted to make small talk with the guy and I was brashly dismissed. I watched Darryl treat a couple of customers the same way while I was waiting. Overall, I had a positive experience at this dealership as I always do. Comparing this experience to the experience I had at Mercedes of Bellevue a couple of weeks ago, I would say Mercedes of Tacoma is a better dealer in every single way. The sales and service staff at Mercedes of Bellevue is atrocious at best. Mercedes of Tacoma has room for improvement, but is very good at taking care of its clients. This dealership has always treated me fairly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my own friends and family. More

I was surprised after keeping my AMG GT for 2 days it wasn't washed when I picked it up. I had some paint overspray on the windshield probably from a freeway spray and after letting them know they didn't wasn't washed when I picked it up. We have had an on-going mechanical concern and issue with our vehicle since purchase. We intend to take our business outside of Larson Motors for any future vehicle purchases. It became very clear to us that they operate on a "now" business mentality or business model. Sadly, we feel they have really missed the mark as problems can certainly lead to opportunities in disguise and it's not just the sale of a vehicle to us, it's what you do after the sale that keeps the customer forever. For this to be my daughter's 1st experience at buy her 1st car at the age of 16 for her sweet 16 birthday. She was amazed at the sales lady Victoria in how well she knew the CLA 250 so well at helping bu 1st car at the age of 16 for her sweet 16 birthday.
