Had to visit several times due to parts not readily available. Had an appointment to drop off car, when I got there to drop off, I was told to come back because they still had o order the parts. We had a recall come up on our Sprinter and MB of Tacoma was the closest service center to us. We called to make an appointment and had no issues getting in quickly. When we had to reschedule they found u was the closest service center to us. We called to make an appointment and had no issues getting in quickly. When we had to reschedule they found us a new date and time easily. The day of our service, they were able to get us in and out in less than 30 minutes. The location is horrible like everything in that area and the service center is not well marked, so if it is your first time, use street view to get a lay of the land. As you are coming up Alexander Ave E into the Porsche dealership, Sprinter and Porsche service is the first entrance on the right. Once in the parking lot, you will see a door between two of the glass roll-up doors to the service bays. You will see a set of double doors on the opposite side of the bay from this door. Walk thru this door and the double doors on the opposite side of the bay to the get to the Sprinter and Porsche service desks. More
