Overall it was fine, good communications from service advisor. However, why do the guys at Jiffy Lube do a better job vacuuming and cleaning a vehicle? After spending almost $800 I was disappointed in po advisor. However, why do the guys at Jiffy Lube do a better job vacuuming and cleaning a vehicle? After spending almost $800 I was disappointed in poor quality cursory clean, missing entire hatch area which I emptied before visit. Some grease imprints from hands near doors and engine cover. No car wash from cold...why not give a free ticket for Elephant Wash down the street? Hope these comments are helpful. More

I went in for a tire change and had an appointment. The rep indicated it would be 1.5 hrs and turned out to be more than 3 hours. I understand this happening if it were a walk-appointment but why even have rep indicated it would be 1.5 hrs and turned out to be more than 3 hours.
