I brought my 2016 Mercedes C300 4Matic for 60000 miles (Schedule B) maintenance. When I scheduled it, I asked the estimated cost which was around $700.00. Then when I dropped the car, I was told it could (Schedule B) maintenance. When I scheduled it, I asked the estimated cost which was around $700.00. Then when I dropped the car, I was told it could cost me $1200.00. Then when I picked the car, I was charged $1850 minus coupon = around $1600.00 because they had to replace a battery. I felt like being ripped off by Mercedes. The positive sides, They provides Lyft rides from the dealer to home(round trip) and some beverages. More
