The waiting room is probably one of the worst experienced. I know Mike did a good job communicating with us, but in the end analysis the price did not match what I was quoted. It felt as though I was being nickeled and dimed to increase the profit margin. Additionally, it took another hour longer to conduct the service than I was told. Had I known about the difference, I could have left the car and secured alternate transportation. Finally, the waiting room is awful. I have been at Lexus dealerships who have provided ample luxury seating, snacks, water, coffee, and entertainment readily available to the customers who are compelled for whatever reason to wait. Our primary sales person was Chase. He was always very helpful and took time to explain to us our options. He made us feel at home and did not put any pressure on making our purchase at all.
