I have been trying to get reimbursed for some work that I had done on my Mercedes that the Warranty was extended I’ve been trying for over three months I’ve provided them everything they asked for and they had done on my Mercedes that the Warranty was extended I’ve been trying for over three months I’ve provided them everything they asked for and they still tell me that it’s not enough I don’t just have money to waste they Keep sending me to Mercedes use and they keep telling me that they have nothing to do with that and the dealer deals with that I don’t know what else to do With this pandemic going on I need to Pinch and save all I can and I am still waiting on a email from the dealer at the moment still More
I had an appointment for service the person wasn’t there . Someone said she would be back soon. I think there should be names of the persons work áreas. Monica Saechao took the time to phone me on her day off to provide me with updates on my MB repair. I am consistently on the road and working and any down time for me is downtime for my work and she under to provide me with updates on my MB repair. Was not happy with the lack of communication to pick up my car. Also, was told that a recall was done and that it was checked out and everything was all good on a sunroof recall that apparently didn't even my car. Also, was told that a recall was done and that it was checked out and everything was all good on a sunroof recall that apparently didn't even apply to my vehicle and was not done. When I inquired and poked more the rep asked and figured out another answer. In addition to this when I arrived I was the only customer in there and there were 5 employees. 3 employees were huddled together talking. 1 with no mask and one with a mask pulled below his nose. My service rep was in the office talking to a manager and both of them did not have masks on. Once she left his office she put her mask back on to speak to me behind her partition. I felt this was very unprofessional and not in adherence with local mandates. It made me feel unsafe, and in the minority, being someone who is immunocompromised. I will not continue to get my vehicle serviced here in the future after my experience this time. More

Service Department:The people I dealt with in your Service Department: The people I dealt with in your Sprinter service department - service reps; not mechanics - were all very helpful and easy to dea Service Department: The people I dealt with in your Sprinter service department - service reps; not mechanics - were all very helpful and easy to deal with. However, during the time my vehicle was in your service department someone managed to "ding" one of the back doors on the vehicle. This "ding" was significant enough that the door had to be replaced. Needless to say, this took quite a long time. How could I not feel that, overall, this is the worst vehicle service experience I have ever had. Why doesn't the service department only employ people who are competent drivers? More

The service personnel asked Mr. Michael Roberts to assist me. It took him seconds to come out and help. He was velvety friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable.
