My issue with my Mercedes was taken care of quickly even though the part had to be ordered. I was given a loaner car immediately so that I could get around while my car was serviced. Walking in the set up is not welcoming.. There is no greeter so your literally looking around for your service advisor. I arrived for my appointment at 9am and was told my vehicle would be ready at 4 gr greeter so your literally looking around for your service advisor. I arrived for my appointment at 9am and was told my vehicle would be ready at 4 granted there were no other issues as I paid extra to have a sound evaluated. I was told I would receive a call with the findings and recommendation. I didn’t received a call regarding my vehicle status until 345 and was now told I could get it after 430 so it could be washed. When I got call I was already on my way.. I arrived at 5 to ensure enough time and my vehicle was not washed or vacuumed. In addition upon leaving the vehicle I request my front light be check as I received a warning message that it was out, they stated there was no code. Long behold I showed the man and it was out.. I then had to wait for it to be replaced. Overall there is a lack of communication and a disregard for customers time. More
