Upon walking in and waiting for a service advisor to help us, I was instantly put off at the fact that there were NO customers that any of the advisors were assisting (except maybe one that was on the phone) us, I was instantly put off at the fact that there were NO customers that any of the advisors were assisting (except maybe one that was on the phone) - yet of all the advisors standing there just chatting with each other that clearly saw we were standing there did nothing to either help us or let us know that someone would be with us shortly. That was the first mistake, and that set the mood for the whole visit. Then upon finally getting help, our service advisor didn’t stand out to me in the customer service aspect as well either. Asked a question, got half (butt) answers - didn’t seem enthusiastic about showing his customer service skills. I expect more from a $250 service package. I was HIGHLY disappointed at my FIRST EVER Mercedes service department experience. Will NOT be back. I will say the only thing that made up for their lack of service is the cafe area, the girls there were friendly. But it’s still not enough to make me change my rating because that’s what I’m mostly writing about. More

Despite changing my service for the day. I was in and out in 3 hours. The car wash was not opened but they vacuumed my vehicle. One area not service related.
