MB of Tacoma has always been a delight to do business with. They treat me as if I am the best customer, every time. (Meanwhile doing routine maintenance mind you). I hate to say this, yet I blame it on being new to Washington and not knowing locations well. 1st purchase SL550 MB-Seattle. 2nd MB-Bellevue S550. I still own both but next time I am ready for new or used, I will go through Tacoma/Fife MB. They have earned my respect and therefore deserve my business. I know in the future, should I be looking for a specific MB- given what the Service Team has shown me, the Sales won't let me down either. Keep up the great work Jessica, Oscar La Cerna and James. I know there are more "shout outs" to you all- MY THANKS and apologies for anyone I have left out. Sad to read the reviews that not all staff members were not wearing masks however. I was among the last to approve of "wear a mask" yet, I know, it matters. If my parents were still alive, this would make a very large difference from what you are reading now. Please, don't let myself or anyone down ladies and gentleman of MB Tacoma down. This will go away sooner if we all 'Just Do It' as Nike says. Other than that- I'm still coming in for service on the 2nd. More

Professional and courteous. Went to trade in old lease, drove off with a new lease in a few hours. Great inventory, expedient, and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with both salespeople. However, we were quite unhappy (and almost left) when they allowed several unmasked people in the showroom! Overall my experience was great. However I waited 2hrs 10min for a simple service. The appointment scheduling specialist need to help out the servicing technicians.
