Although we scheduled the service two weeks ahead of time, the dealership was not prepared. After performing maintenance and warranty issues, the dealership called to say the car was finished except fo time, the dealership was not prepared. After performing maintenance and warranty issues, the dealership called to say the car was finished except for the auxillary battery which would be in the next day. I specifically asked if both warranty issues were resolved and was told "Yes". The next day the dealership called and said that the auxillary battery was installed, but unfortunately the airbag warranty issue wasn't finished because they ordered the wrong one. This was after they told me it was done the day before. When my husband picked up the car, they told him a different story. They told him that they ran out of the airbags. I really don't understand how they could so mixed up. Also the mileage wasn't reset. It if very unfortunate that we were told three different things when we communicated with the dealership. We live an hour away from the dealership and will need to make another trip to get maintenance we already scheduled. More

Terrible experience. Went in for a simple car wash, waited 40 minutes, car never moved while 3 people ran around putting on license plates. No one seemed to care at all. The entire experience was first rate, from the quality of the waiting room area and amenities therein to the length of time it took for technicians to complete the work. This was the first-time service visit for my Sprinter motorhome. It needed a couple of warranty issues looked at and several recall items. The advisor Derek was great and communication was good. I had to tow my car to the dealership so I would have a way to get home while the work was done. There is very little room for parking and disconnecting a toad. I visited the dealership the day before to plan my arrival. I suggest the dealership provide guidance on the website for where to park, disconnect, etc. Also, my motorhome was parked overnight at Johnson RV. The advisor drove me there in a small car to pick it up. I think this is unacceptable during the pandemic. I wish I would have opted out and walked.. The dealership should clearly explain this giving the option to walk when picking up the rig. Better yet, the unit should be at the dealership for customer pickup Improving this should be a priority.
