This is my second time buying a vehicle from Chris, and both time I am fascinated with the service. on my second time it was difficult to work with my bank to get the loan approved. and Chris manage to co both time I am fascinated with the service. on my second time it was difficult to work with my bank to get the loan approved. and Chris manage to communicate with banks for me and work out all the steps and explain in detail to sort out the numbers. He clearly explained all the features of the cars, explain pros and cons of other options, help us find the best fit for my mother. I can confidently recommend Chris to my colleague and friends when they need to purchase new Mercedes to visit Chris Lee. More

It ttok two weeks to get an apt. Then I was told I had per-paid service to receive a call later that I had used my pre-paid service. I was told to pick up my car around 2-3 and when I arrived at 400 they per-paid service to receive a call later that I had used my pre-paid service. I was told to pick up my car around 2-3 and when I arrived at 400 they still had 20-30 minutes left so I had to have the loaner overnight. When I went the next morning to pick up they could not find my keys. It took about 30 minutes to get my car. Part of the service is a vacuum which was the poorest vacuum job I have ever seen. Also, whiel the car was in for service they wanted to know if I wanted to spend $880 to change spark plugs and 700 + to change transmission oil which I think is way over priced. All this on top of a horrible experience last time I was iin, however, they made it OK last time. All being said I will still take my care there for service as it is convenient. More

May upgrade rating if 'issues' are resolved in a timely basis. Came from Portland, traded in a '16 GLE350 on an '18 GLE43 AMG and evidently the out-of-state sale complicated the issue. Can't blame the de basis. Came from Portland, traded in a '16 GLE350 on an '18 GLE43 AMG and evidently the out-of-state sale complicated the issue. Can't blame the dealership for Govt. red tape but I was kept cooling my heels for over two hours and would have preferred to have been kept better informed. By the time we got to the transaction phase all I wanted to do was hit the road. There also appears to be a problem with the documentation on this unit as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and I am waiting for an explanation or for that to be resolved. However the primary concern at this point is the undisclosed and/or undocumented damage discovered after I got home. CARFAX did indicate "Minor" damage in the past but of course its difficult if not impossible to precisely determine what occurred. The discovered issue, while not operational, is more than minor. This has been reported back to the dealership but currently no contact for resolution has been made. As stated above, when and if these issues are resolved I would be more than happy and welcome the opportunity to reconsider this rating. Staff were courteous and friendly but as of the moment this transaction has been more of a stresser than an early Christmas present. More
