One of the most frustrating car buying experience ever! Their sales person/new car assistant was young and a terrible communicator. It was only a last-ditch effort by the general manager to rescue my deal as I walked out the door half an hour before they were going to close. I was very pleased with the service Monica provided. She is very courteous and efficient. We were in and out with a rental car in less then 30 minutes. She provided 5 star service!!
