My 4 year service appointment was excellent. Monica was very professional and took time to explain each step. She made herself available for questions on a very busy day for her and was always calm and in very professional and took time to explain each step. We has a mysterious "rattle" in the overhead area and he took me on a test drive to point it out. He said, "I want your wife to enjoy this car and it shouldn't rattle." He was determined to find it and fix it, which he did. Although I didn't see either Sarah Volz or Scotty on this visit, they have been very helpful to me with past issues. We have a great car and the staff at this dealership have always been courteous and professional. More
