Yeah, this is the first time I was very disappointed with my service to apply two tires. I arrived at 7:30 in the morning I had to get a rental. I had to get a car later they kept my car overnight. Overall very pleased with the service. It was my first time using the service department. I arrived early for my 2pm appointment and at first it was a ghost town. Although early no one there at any desk for 10-15 minutes. One rep arrived and took my name and looked it up. He told me to go stand at the desk at the end and Luke would be there shortly. After he got there everything went fine! He explained that many people were out sick that day and apologized for the wait. I had a loaner vehicle and was able to get going. Luke kept me informed about when my car would be ready. I contacted him again the next day due to the engine light came on and arranged to bring it back in. Everything was taken care of with no charge. The best part is he kept me informed by text and voicemail. Good customer service all around! More
