by far the best auto dealership I have ever worked with. I have bought Ferrari, Cadillac, Benz and the staff at Larsen MB is by far the best dealership for customer service I have ever used. My 16 year I have bought Ferrari, Cadillac, Benz and the staff at Larsen MB is by far the best dealership for customer service I have ever used. My 16 year old sons new A class had a recall within a few days after purchase. Not only did they get it done asap, they also let him shop in the store for some awesome items. I came in because Mercedes recalled the sunroof situation. They were nice enough to have “Lyft” to take me home being it would be a while. Buttttt....... I was very disappointed with the car that picked me up. It was dirty, It had junk all over the front seat and the backseat where I was sitting. I should not have gotten in but I did anyway. The return trip was not pleasant. He wouldn’t talk to me and very rude. The text told me that both drivers names were Peter but they were different men so that also was disturbing to me. I did leave my incident with your service manager. They were nice but I don’t feel like they really understood how upsetting and horrified I was. Sorry for the long report. It just wasn’t up to Mercedes cleanliness and standards especially during COVID-19!!!!! Gwendolyn More
