I came in because Mercedes recalled the sunroof situation. They were nice enough to have “Lyft” to take me home being it would be a while. Buttttt....... I was very disappointed with the car that picked me up. It was dirty, It had junk all over the front seat and the backseat where I was sitting. I should not have gotten in but I did anyway. The return trip was not pleasant. He wouldn’t talk to me and very rude. The text told me that both drivers names were Peter but they were different men so that also was disturbing to me. I did leave my incident with your service manager. They were nice but I don’t feel like they really understood how upsetting and horrified I was. Sorry for the long report. It just wasn’t up to Mercedes cleanliness and standards especially during COVID-19!!!!! Gwendolyn More
