First off, I called about weeks prior to get a quote and to make an appointment for service. After leaving messages to ask to talk to a service rep, I never received a call back or anything. Finally a femal to make an appointment for service. After leaving messages to ask to talk to a service rep, I never received a call back or anything. Finally a female gave me a quote over the phone, but then looked at my records and told me a I have one prepaid service left and it expires Feb. 2021. So I made my service appointment and a week later took my SUV in. After speaking with the service rep, he explained that I don't have a prepaid service at all. I wish the person who gave me the initial quote gave me accurate information. The service center really needs to get there information aligned. Service itself was fine. I felt like people were just trying to get me in and out. I had to ask if there was anything wrong with the service, but I feel like the rep should have led with that first. I've had better service at other Mercedes service centers. More

I also appreciated that when I had questions regarding warranty and maintenance package Jose did not make me feel pressured to buy anything, he was easy to get a hold of, explained and answered my questions when I called back. I called and set an appointment for a service and was told that my service would only take 2 hours. When I arrived at my scheduled time. No one could find my appointment in the system. Then when they fin told that my service would only take 2 hours. When I arrived at my scheduled time. No one could find my appointment in the system. Then when they finally took my keys for my service after over 45 min of waiting I was then told my service was going to take 6 hours. Very inconvenient and very unprofessional. Also, when I visited many of the employees were not wearing masks. More
Service was great. My only problem was the phone call I received 15 minutes after I dropped my car off. It was a call that my service person stated that the “tire specialists” said I was in need of new tir received 15 minutes after I dropped my car off. It was a call that my service person stated that the “tire specialists” said I was in need of new tires and that they have them in stock and could do it today for $1200. I just got new tires 2 years ago and less than 18,000 miles is what I told him and he was looking into the request by the tire specialist. I just felt like I was being scammed. He then called me 3 times trying to explain why she said that and that my tires are good now. Just should be replaced by winter. More

I bought my Benz, from Larsen Mercedes in 2010 and took it there for all service for the past ten + years. The service yesterday was a huge disappointment. I was quoted $250.00 from the service writer, w it there for all service for the past ten + years. The service yesterday was a huge disappointment. I was quoted $250.00 from the service writer, whereupon I presented a coupon on my phone from Mercedes for $129.95 oil and filter change. We were asked if we were paying in cash - as they would add 3% to the bill if paying by credit card. This is new. And don't most businesses simply regard the credit card fee as a cost of doing business? When I picked up my car and paid in cash, I noticed they had not recalibrated the dash alert to show the service had been completed. When I asked about it - another service writer told me that the oil change was not sufficient to have them change the on-board alert system. (we found the work around on You Tube.) But, this all represents a complete change in the customer service level at Larsen Mercedes, in my opinion. We are in the market for a new vehicle and I certainly would have to think carefully about buying a car from them if this is the way they are going to treat long-term loyal customers in the future.
