Had an unfortunate incident while traveling from Missouri to Washington. An eastbound truck lost part of his load as we were heading west. Missed everything but one item of “hardware”. Stopped in for an inspection to be sure the right front tire was OK and to determine if any damage had been done underneath our 2019 E450 wagon before starting our 2,3XX mile trip back to St. Louis. Spoke to Erik when I arrived - explained the situation - and he said he would get it in for us right away to take a look. After a short wait, Erik let us know that (other than some underbody scratches) everything was fine. Erik said that the inspection was done at “no charge” - which was a pleasant surprise. We were surprised again to note that they had even given our bug-marred car a quick wash. Super service. Nice people. Would recommend them highly. More

He even went the extra mile, when I showed up late to pick up the car, the lights were off in the service area and I thought I'd missed my the car. Took too long time to solve the problem and charged more labor even they cannot find issue with vehicle. My car had radio station issue which kept drains battery. What they all did was disconnect radio from labor even they cannot find issue with vehicle. My car had radio station issue which kept drains battery.
