Dealer double booked appointment caused additional wait time. Communication was poor from the service advisor on completion of work. Experience was positive. Staff was generally helpful. This was our third new car purchase in as many years from this dealership. After delivery we did discover one option (lane departure) was not present This was our third new car purchase in as many years from this dealership. After delivery we did discover one option (lane departure) was not present on this car as we had expected. Mostly a lack of questioning on our part. We feel more could have been done to find a replacement car with the desired option prior to expiration of the 5 day return policy. More
