Costs were much higher than estimated. Loaner was not clean. Service didn’t include simple things like replacing wipers. I asked for work that wasn’t done and a part that wasn’t ordered. Dropped in to replace headlamps One of my headlamps went out and none of the guys in our shop could figure out how to replace it. I decided to call to see if I could drop in to the s One of my headlamps went out and none of the guys in our shop could figure out how to replace it. I decided to call to see if I could drop in to the service dept. and have someone there replace it. I got there at lunch time, and being a Saturday they only had two mechanics on duty and they were out at lunch. So I decided to wait. Somehow they got it done in only about 45 mins. I was very pleased. I should mention these are Zion bulbs, not your twist in twist out bulbs. Thanks Brian. More
Customer Service Brian Nelson is very customer oriented and provides excellent customer service. I brought my car back in not for service, but because the company tha Brian Nelson is very customer oriented and provides excellent customer service. I brought my car back in not for service, but because the company that Mercedes works with to install the plastic covering on cars to protect them from rock chips, did a horrible job on fixing an area on my bumper. The first time they used a very small patch that was poorly done and didn’t fix the area in question. Brian got them to redo the area with the small patch. This time they replaced the top part of the bumper instead of replacing the entire bumper with the plastic covering. Again they missed the area that needed to be fixed. I now have another seam that may discolor and the area of concern remains. Brian has tried everything he can with the company that Mercedes is using and I feel done a great job trying to resolve the problem. It is not fixed to my satisfaction, but that is not a reflection on Brian. I am fed up with the vendor and can’t keep running my car to Fife from Steilacoom. I work in Olympia causing a work disruption for me. I need to empathize this isn’t a problem with your service or Brian Nelson. It is a problem with the vendor which Mercedes is using For this plastic covering to prevent rock chips. More

I was looking for Weather Tech but did not want to trim. I called your dealership service department and spoke with Derek who checked my VIN and went to parts to see if they were in stock. They were in stock and to save a 2+ hour round trip I asked him to FedEx them to me. That was late last week and as promised they arrived at 1PM on Monday. Perfect fit. Thank you Derek. More
