Friendly and Helpful I was in to get an extra key for a used car I have just purchased (not from Larson) . The people at the Parts desk were very friendly and helpful. Brian was very friendly, told me everything that was going to happen and how long it would take. Came out a few times to ask me questions,including telling me that I have a recall!. He is a good face to your dealership. I will continue to come there for service. I had been going to Bellevue with my previous Mercedes, but since I retired to Long Beach that is quite a drive. So having a good place closer to my home is good for me. More
