What else did they not do? When they finally got our car for us, no wash or vacuum, DEF was spilled on the tire and wheel and not cleaned up. So, we had to wait for them to get the car washed and vacuumed, DEF mess cleaned up. it was listed on the work order, so it's not like they thought we declined the service. Makes me think what else they decided not to do. . . . Who would know? I'm wondering if my vehicle really was sericed? More
The B service experience 1st class from start to finish. Was met as I drove into the service bay by a service representative who then introduced me then to Karen who then hand 1st class from start to finish. A part that indicated failure was replaced under warranty and all the other potential causes no longer appeared on re-test. Although it took an addition two rounds of analysis and repair the service department was very supportive and did finally find the root cause. Vehicles these days have a lot of technology that makes it challenging sometimes to find the root cause and MB of Tacoma was very aggressive to ensure the issue was resolved fairly and as quickly as possible. Personally, I found their service to be top shelf and they are definitely dedicated to customer satisfaction. More
