Called to make an appointment before hand and received an appointment and quote for labor to install a part. When I arrived at the dealership for the appointment, the labor quote DOUBLED! I was there already so I agreed and initialed for the estimate. When I picked up the car, I didn't find out how long the actual labor took. However, the complementary car wash and vacuum seemed extra, extra special. Makes one wonder if the cleaning was used to fill in time for the labor to match the onsite quote. If the amount of labor was actually less than the quote, the final amount charged should have been reduced. More
