Big improvement Over three years ago when I first took my vehicle for service, I hated coming to this dealership. People were arrogant for no reason. I was used to Over three years ago when I first took my vehicle for service, I hated coming to this dealership. People were arrogant for no reason. I was used to getting excellent service at my old dealership in Henderson NV and when I moved to Tacoma WA, I was appalled with the service department. Fortunately, since Sarah the new manager took over, there has been a noticeable difference with the service. I was lucky enough to meet Brittany Kuranko. She was the service specialist assigned to me and she is the BEST! She was so personable and knowledgeable. It's comes as no surprise that she got promoted to Assistant Manager. She was the best at what she did. Now Oscar is my service specialist and he's really good. Keep up the good work. More

Great service and care of my 30 year old Mercedes! I brought in a 30 year old Mercedes 560SL I recently purchased for my wife's birthday. The car looked great and I wanted to make sure it was as safe a I brought in a 30 year old Mercedes 560SL I recently purchased for my wife's birthday. The car looked great and I wanted to make sure it was as safe as possible for her to enjoy. The service team started with an oil change and diagnosis of items I identified at the time of the purchase as well as a thorough inspection of the car. They found the primary issue (climate control unit) and determined a new one was required. They found the last one in the US and had it ready for my follow on appointment to replace it. At the follow on appointment I asked to add a transmission service, which they added to their already busy schedule. I was very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of the team! I'll be bringing the car exclusively to M-B of Tacoma! More
Lousy service advisor Left my SL500 on Thursday and they fixed it on Friday. My service advisor Sterling called Friday morning to let me know part was in and do I want to g Left my SL500 on Thursday and they fixed it on Friday. My service advisor Sterling called Friday morning to let me know part was in and do I want to go ahead with repair. He gave me the cost of repair and parts of $1453 and I told him to go ahead. He said it should be done that day. I tried calling around 2:30 pm and left numerous messages to find out if my car was done. I kept calling up until 5 pm and kept getting cashiers and they said they would have him get ahold of me. I never received a call or text. I called on Saturday morning and no one could tell if my car was ready and the only person who could was my service advisor Sterling who was off that day. I took a chance and had my wife drive me there and found out it got done on Friday 8/9/2019. The service advisor who was there (not mine) was very helpful. First of all the bill was $200 higher than what Sterling told me and I explained to him what was quoted me and he immediately took off the $200. The repair that was done I’m happy with but very unhappy with the service advisor (Sterling Carter) and the added $200 on the original invoice. More
