Vlad was very professional from answering the phone to closing the sale. We enjoyed working him because of his willingness, kindness, knowledge and the patience he displayed while taking the time to answer all of our questions. It was so refreshing to work with someone who is grateful for his job and cares about following through to the end. It was getting late and the detailers had left. Vlad washed the car himself and put on the new plate frame we purchased. He took the time. to explain how to work all the controls and offered us to schedule an appointment to understand it better. Vlad thanked us and said to call him anytime on his cell phone with any further questions. We really enjoyed meeting him he's such a great employee that represented mercedes on a very personable manner. We would definitely refer Vlad. Nice job well done.

Customer service was not good at all on my last two visit. First, I was not greeted or recognized on each of my visits. i had to wait although no one else was in line. Second if I am being charged a diagnostic fee why all problems were not diagnosed at the same time. Third, why did it take so long for routine maintenance? Why did it take 32 days to complete work. If this is reasonable and customary, I will withdraw my complaint. Are my expectations unreasonable?
