Liz Davis was superb. She went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Liz even stayed passed closing. She is a valuable employee to the Mercedes -Benz Tacoma Team. Vlad was very helpful with his guidance in the purchase of our Metris weekender. He went the extra mile to facilitate a closing 2.5 hours from the dealership. We would happily work with Blad again in the f of our Metris weekender. He went the extra mile to facilitate a closing 2.5 hours from the dealership. We would happily work with Blad again in the future. Also I would say the dealership is top notch and provides some incentive La around service and loaner vehicles that set them apart from their competition. More
We moved to Washington and experienced other dealers and Tacoma is my husband's choice. I recently had special circumstances and now I agree with my husband's choice! Tacoma is my husband's choice. I recently had special circumstances and now I agree with my husband's choice! More
Let me tell you about my experience. I called and made an appointment to deal with a command system navigation problem. I had installed a map update disc which was purchased through eb I called and made an appointment to deal with a command system navigation problem. I had installed a map update disc which was purchased through ebay. Upon install - the updated ceased to function at 34% complete and now the navigation and voice command has failed also. I explained this to the service representative, Liz who then related there would be a $234.00 fee to diagnose the problem. I had already diagnosed the problem and explained that to her. The tech did everything I had done prior to making the appointment. I was under the impression, a Mercedes Benz DEALERSHIP, would know how to manage a malfunction such as that I described. Instead I was charged $205 (military discount) for something I had done myself. The "diagnosis' was completed and prepared for return, I waited from 11:15 am until 11:30 am while Liz was engaged in trivial conversation with another customer, then she left the desk to seek out a part while I waited to pay. By 11:35 another service rep allowed me to complete the check-out process. I can't help but think her behavior was meant to be punishment for my frustration with the entire process. She explained the Mercedes Benz Nav update disc was available from the parts department, but my inquiry 2 months earlier with the parts department revealed Mercedes Benz had discontinued the updated discs. My final issue - what is wrong with you guys. It's a Mercedes Benz you should know the product and its various maladies. You should know what parts are available and what are not and what can be done to fix a problem. Not repeat what I had already accomplished. I am so severely disappointed with Mercedes Benz of Tacoma, I'll never darken their doors again. The staff are unfriendly, mean, nasty, and vindictive. I am done. More
